This is a tab handled rare sapphire cake plate. It was put out by the the fiesta club of America. Pretty rare piece to find these days. No damage or issues. Great collector piece. Sapphire was a Bloomingdale’s exclusive made for one year. This cake plate was only available for club members to purchase
